Exciting News: The GLTA World Tour Championships 2026 are Heading to Stunning Malta!

Pride Tennis Worldwide, Inc. (GLTA) is excited to announce the spectacular location for the pinnacle event of the 2024-2025 World Tour Season: The Mediterranean gem of a nation—Malta! The tournament will take place April 10-13 at the Marsa Sports Club.


A Spectacular Culmination of the 2024-2025 Season

The GLTA World Tour Championships (WTC) is the ultimate showdown, an invitation-only tournament featuring the top players from the 2024-2025 GLTA Champions Race.

This is where the best of the best in the LGBTQ+ tennis community will compete for the prestigious World Champion titles in the stunning setting of Malta.

Tournament Details

  • INVITATION ONLY: The WTC is an exclusive competition for the top 8 singles, doubles, and mixed doubles players in each division (Open, A, B, C, & D) based on the final GLTA World Tour Championship Rankings.
  • Format: Players will compete in a rigorous Round-Robin format, leading to semi-finals and finals, ensuring a thrilling weekend of high-stakes tennis.
  • Qualification Period: Players accumulate Championship Race points from tournaments played between November 1, 2024 and October 31, 2025, to secure their spot.
